Ok I think I have found another polish that stays on!This Vega and cruelty free polish is by Pacifica! Pacifica also makes other stuff like makeup , body, and hair products. I have used their makeup, eyeshadow and lip products before. I loved my palette, but my kids decided to destroy it! Anyways, how I ended up with these was when I took my oldest to Ulta with me. We went to Ulta with the intent of a new compact for me besides the shapetapeone by Tarte, because it was not that good. For me! May be fine for you. But it oxidized on my skin. Anyways, we went through the store and got to the polish. And my son picked out all these greens and blues and neon pinks in polish. But the opi and orly do not work on my nails. They peel right off.  Ok, fast fashion. I admit I use it, yes . Who doesn’t in some form or another? But in this day and age we are becoming more and more into thrifting. A lot of people are lucky to have some great thrift shops near them. They find all sorts of stuff! Me? I have to shop online so I shop on the Real Real. I love them and have bought many a Herve Leger dresses from them. Gucci, Chloe, Dvf, etc. I need to wear those dresses more, they are comfy.And also Irent clothes, or did before they kept getting sent dirty and stinky! The top I have on is by Gucci and I got it onThe Real Real. Along with a Tibi skirt. And I love this top! It is one of those great scores! I need to go back to the Real Real and shop after I get my new Selkie dress. Anyways we are talking Second hand gewds.  I love it and you should too. One thing is unique items and also saving items from a landfill.  Give it a try!  And you can always repurpose items like I did here .     

 I have been on the hunt for a great powder foundation. Yes , I normally use the Lancôme Dial Finish, but I really wanted to get into using more cruelty free and vegan products. So the hunt was on for a great powder.  I tried the IT cosmetics Powder, I was allergic. I tried Too Faced  cocoa pressed powder, also allergic.I tried shape tape , twice and nope not the greatest for me. It oxidized and didn’t want to blend. So,I was back to square one. And that is when I decided to give Urban Decay a go! And I picked up a stay naked the fix powder  from ulta. It may be a tad too dark, but it is a pink undertone, It is a nice powder and so far I feel it would be great for days when I am too freaking rushed to put on all the makeup.  The shade range is a bit on the meh side. It could be better as with most makeup lines. There are 24 shades and I still think there could be darker shades added(come on brands!)the powder is super soft feeling to the touch. So, I went back to the doctor who initially said I was better.The initial tests came back for a uti as negative. But they would still send out for cultures. I was feeling great about that, although I still had discomfort. I put it off as all in my head for the time being. Two days later or not even, the bladder infection was back full force. I looked like garbage on Sunday. And then I figured I would call the doctor back to tell them how I was feeling and make an appointment. I didn’t get the chance. They called and told me the cultures came back with the uti , the infection was still there. And this whole thing has been since last Wednesday. Here we are Monday and I feel awful and the pains are back but not as intense. How I realize that it is now Tuesday. But I still feel the same. More pains,discomfort. The bloated feeling. I hate it!   And the antibiotics make me sick. I’m feeling all sorts of ways. I know this post does have much value in things except an update for why posting is

  I was out shopping with my littles, I haven’t been out in a while tbh. And saw these 2 little polishes, a grey and a silver glitter. I knew I needed them. I haven’t painted my nails on a whim in a long time because the damn stuff doesn’t stay on! But, I wanted to give this a shot. And so I bought it and came home with 2 beautiful shades. Ella and Mila what I didn’t know was a vegan and cruelty free nail polish . And the polish stays on! For the most part, I have weird nails and nothing stays on long. But this stuff stayed on and I was ecstatic!  Finally a polish that is not chipping a second after  it and treatment too. I have the bite no more nail treatment to help with the problem you see above. I bite nails and stuff, not only my hair is pulled. I do that too. It sucks.  I had this dress from a local boutique here in Florida. And while I loved it at first purchase, later on it just hung in my closet. See, I never felt the dress looked good on my body. My breasts don’t look right in it and it was not wanting to fit them very well either. It was a size large too. And so I would have to wear a swimsuit top that was a similar lace with it in order for me to wear the dress.And even then it didn’t look right.  So the dress sat there, unworn.  And then after watching some period costumers talk about how people in the past would take their garments and repair them and repurpose them. Many people didn’t have multiple dresses like we do today. Clothes were not mass produced like today.In fact clothing was not mass produced until the 20th century for women.Women’s clothing was ornate and so many still went to dressmakers if middle class or like with lower class ladies altered the dresses at home.
