Got to love a great blue faux fur coat right?Right. And while I rented this one from rent the runway, I am sad to say I am 100% done renting from Rent the Runway. No really. After this time I am.Here me out. So,the past few orders from Rent the Runway. Actually this has been happening a lot ans I stayed quiet. Can not anymore, and let mw be clear. just because I have had some bad experience doesn't mean you have . You could, but does not mean you did.Anyway, so thepast few orders recently, i have recieved at least 1 item in each that is either damaged or dirty.the dress in this post here , stunk like Elizabeth Arden Red Door. STUNK,i have massive sensitivity to these things, I can smell that stuff a mile away.(sorry to my late grandmother in-law) red door is bleh. I had to send it back and complain about it. Then I got the purple dress I wore just for these pictures as it was damaged, yeah. Contacted Customer service again, complained, the dress was unwearable. So they cleared my spot and I ordered a new dress, again. I just got the dress in the mail. I opened it excited to see it, and wanted to show my son's therapist. who does house calls. And then, she spotted pit stains. um what? i noticed the smell right away, perfume again only not red door. It smelled like a mix of Gucci and a Victoria's secret scent. And on further inspection there was the caked on deodorant on the dress in the arm holes where the pits sit. yep. This dress is dirty and so this was it. 3 replacements in a row. And now I was done. Done. So I cancelled my service and not restarting it. I loved the service. But the constant pieces being stinky or dirty or damaged doesnt make it a service i want. I havehad pants come with holes in the crotch guys, a pair of sequin pants by Cupcakes and Cashmere.Not good. So when it comes to this fabulous rented blue faux fur coat, I will link to one that is not only affordable but also very similar.







I have been havung some bad bad days with my trichotillomania. bad days. And when it is like thisI feel really bad and it makes my self esteem hit the floor. And then I got my wigs and it helps, it really does. So, bad day and that means it is a wig day for sure.Wearing them helps me not pull out my hair, my real hair. Trichotillomania is not fun. i mean no illness is, mental or physical. But Trichotillomania can make you feel depressed and anxious, self worth is shot because you are pulling and breaking your hair off and out. I hate having this, but I dont thnk it is going away.i dont believe it can be cured.
Yes, wig life and this one by Lit Unicorns is my fave! I am feeling the mermaid hair! And it helps me control the urge to pull. The wig is called the Uni-thot. And I love it! It is synthetic but for me that is good because I don’t get the same feeling from pulling at it as say a real human hair piece.

 Today, I was doing laundry and found a newer dress of mine from Halara, it is a athleisure dress, with built in shorts and shelf bra. A pretty darn comfy dress and one you can definitely chase after your kids or pets in. But, something happened today that involved me looking in the mirror and going ew. I saw how I looked in it. Getting into Cosplay Orin Work in Progress(wip)

 I am one who loves to sew, loves it. I adore making things like costumes and dresses. I first actually got into cosplay years ago. Well a long ass time ago to be quite honest. Went to one of my first cons, and it was so uncomfortable how grabby some dudes were, that I never went back. Until recently, I really want to go. They look like such fun and Dragon Con is on the top of my list after doing something local like Mega Con in Orlando, FL. I am working on Orin the Red, a cosplay that fingers crossed will be done for Halloween.  Hoping because it is a 3d printed armor, that we are putting a lot of work into. I say we, because it is my husband and I making it. He does the 3d print and I do all the rest. The painting, the shaping, the wig, the makeup, the bodysuit painting, the figuring out how to make it wearable. The thing about cosplay is making the impossible, possible.   I once, a long time ago, did not dress how you may have seen me before. I was more of the goth punk type. At least in my teens and very early 20’s. But, alas the constant getting made fun of in school over it. And the not so subtle remarks from coworkers and yes, family. Made it hard to keep dressing like I walked out of Hot topic and Gadzooks. So, when I was in my mid 20’s and older. I decided I needed to dress how everyone else expected. How everyone else did. How all the popular it girls and bloggers did. ​ So, I did.
