What a freaking day it has been. What i though was a simple dr visit for my uti and possible kidney infection turned out to be a day spent in the emergency room for me. Just fantastic. I will link to my outfit at the bottom of this post and possibly before the rest of the post. Tirgger warning, talking blood, kidneys, hospital stuff and reflux.
I started to show symptoms last Thursday. Uti have pretty distinctive symptoms. Constant urge to go tothe bathroom, pain when you do go , pain in the groin and fatigue. For my normal uti Imshould be able to bounce back on my own. With some azo and stuff, i figured i was ok. But then, by Saturday it was way worse. Like 100 times worse. Then Sunday I was like, "i am going to the doctor.......tomorrow."
Then I went to the doctor and well, my kidneys were worse feeling. I got a shot of antibiotics then sent to the ER. I got there and they needed a sample and blood work. The iv hurt first then the hospital vampires took all the blood, which while they did I had a panic attack / meltdown. I was trying to feel posotive about the situation after, i was joking it was a nice break from chaos at home and it was the most expensive day spa ever. My nurse didn't find it that funny. So went for my Cat scan of my kidneys and bladder, was given contrast. which by the way can make you feel like you have peed your freaking pants. Yep you feel all warm everywhere then bam, "did I just piss myself?" After that back to the room where the doctor came in.Then the ct scan and it showed the infection was to my kidneys and not all the way through. the tubes to the kidneys are all infected and i have bladder reflux. And So after spending all day at the er I left with my antibiotics rx and an empty stomach.
I got home with my hubby, sons, and a large sub from Firehouse.
So how do I feel today? like shit. to be honest like shit. But, I will survive!

Today, I was doing laundry and found a newer dress of mine from Halara, it is a athleisure dress, with built in shorts and shelf bra. A pretty darn comfy dress and one you can definitely chase after your kids or pets in. But, something happened today that involved me looking in the mirror and going ew. I saw how I looked in it. I have OCD, literally I do, and this is on top of my other mental stuff. Stuff like BPD1, autism, adhd, dyslexia, I believe I have dyscalcia, which is why I am shit at math, no matter how it is taught to me. I am shit at it.
